“My business parter and I had a clearer picture of our next move after only our first session with Kerry. We’d been struggling for months of indecision before.”

Owner, Good Not Lucky

When I created The Performance House, I knew I did not want to build another business based around unrealistic positivity, corporate jargon or the assumption that challenge, choice and change are things we eventually leave behind.

I saw over and over again that when people are good at their entry-level job, they get promoted. They do well and they get promoted again. At some point, many find themselves responsible for leading a team of people, managing pressure, making difficult decisions and trying to support others, yet very few are ever properly taught how to lead well.

We spend a huge amount of our lives at work. Good leadership, communication and workplace culture do not just benefit businesses, they shape people’s confidence, wellbeing, motivation and daily experience too.

We live in a world full of noise, opinions and constant information, yet many people still feel unclear or underprepared for the situations they find themselves in. But people do not need more information, they need clearer thinking, better conversations and practical ways to handle what is in front of them.

That is why The Performance House was built.

To support people and organisations in developing the human skills that shape leadership, communication and performance.
